Omid Petro Shargh Paint Production Company was established with license No. 10987/6 issued by the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade and registration No. 35448 with the Department of Companies and Industrial Ownership in the 1990's and by producing products that were the result of creativity and initiative of its founder, the company has started its semi-industrial operation. 

The most important of these products include sealing paste of iron pipes, types of primers and bituminous primers, as well as semi-plastic paint thickeners (paint adhesives) that have been produced up to this date. 

The company bears the international certifications of ISO9001:2008 and ISO12944-5:2007 and CE and ISO/FDIS 10002:2014 and it also has 5 standard marks and research and development licenses from the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, and a member of the Association of Standard Mark Holders, Khorasan Razavi Exporters Union, Paint Cooperative Companies' Union and the Association of Khorasan Razavi Exporters and the Association of Khorasan Razavi Industrial Managers. The increasing quality has made Omid Paint known as a reliable unit in the paint industry.
